Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS: A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for no-shows and cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. RESCHEDULING POLICY: Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice is treated the same as a late cancellation and will result in a 50% fee. LATE POLICY: If you have not arrived within 10 minutes of your scheduled time, your appointment will be cancelled, and a 50% service fee will apply. You are welcome to reschedule for a future date. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE: I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at my discretion.
