LATE CANCELLATIONS: Any services or appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. NO SHOWS: Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the total services booked. RESCHEDULING POLICY: Any services or appointments rescheduled on the same day as the scheduled service will be treated as a late cancellation and will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. LATE POLICY: If you have not arrived within 10 minutes of your scheduled time, your appointment will be cancelled, and a 50% cancellation fee will apply. HAIR LENGTH DISCLAIMER: Please ensure you have at least 2–3 weeks of hair growth prior to your appointment. If the hair length is not sufficient for the service, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied to cover the time and materials reserved for your appointment.
